PE’s Play of the Day- THE SCOREKEEPER’S RULE

It is natural for us to keep track of what is going on around us.  What we are doing may be the main event but we also take stock of the under-card events going on .  And while those events are always taking place and can be very entertaining, we need to keep this simple rule in mind:

PLAYERS THAT WIN KEEP SCORE ON THEMSELVES, SPECTATORS & LOSERS KEEP SCORE ON EVERYBODY ELSE

The most simple rule in the game of life is that you can’t win if you don’t play.  So give yourself a chance to win in life- be a player, not a spectator.  Get in the game and always remember that  PLAYERS THAT WIN KEEP SCORE ON THEMSELVES.  Don’t let the distractions of what everybody else is doing  or saying take your eye off of your own score.  And if you find that those distractions are taking you out of your game, call a time-out and get back on track while there’s still time on the clock.  Good Luck and Godspeed.
